The Day of the Lord

The Spoken Word Remains the Original Seed

It is not a twenty-four hour day, please! For many things happen in the day of the Lord, which cannot take place in twenty-four hours. But rather, as we know spiritual light makes a day as much as natural light does. So, the day of the Lord is a spiritual day whose light is the Spoken Word.

The way we say, "The day of Noah," it was not a twenty-four hour day, but it was hundreds of years. Same thing with, "the day of Moses," that was the day when Moses' light was shining spiritually upon the elect. We had other days, such as the day of David, of Solomon, of Elijah, of the prophets, of John the Baptist, of Jesus Christ, of the apostles, of Luther, of Wesley, of Pentecost and of Branham... Those were spiritual days made by spiritual light that shined upon the respective generation. The holy men of God were the source of that light:

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.  Mat 5:14 -16

There you are! All the saints of God are the true light that shines in the world. They are the light of the world and shines making a day of that light upon the earth. It is not a solar day, please! And neither is Christ's day a solar day! Solar days are not experienced beyond the earth's surface, leave alone in heaven! But we know that the face of Jesus shines like the sun, and the same is the glorious gospel. It is that light which makes the day of Christ!

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Php_1:6 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; Php_1:10  Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Php_2:16 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 2Th_2:2  Christ himself is the light of his day, as Moses was the light of his day.

Look! If the saints are the light of the world, how much more is Christ! And notice that the light that shines from the saints upon the earth is the revelation of Jesus Christ through them; for Jesus alone is the true light. They all receive from him the light of their day to shine. They may not shine as brightly as he does, but they shine anyhow. Their light together makes a day on earth, a spiritual day, and the same is the Word of God revealed by the Holy Spirit in their hearts. That light is thus the message of the hour. And all who shine that light are the messengers of that message. Some may shine more brightly, and others dimly, but all the same each one of them shines!

For look! One star differs in glory from another, and one is brighter than another, but they all shine the same type of light! So are the saints. Through the Spirit they receive the message of the hour, not by knowledge and learning, but by the revelation of the Holy Spirit in them all. It is not a one man show... All the apostles were lights in their day. Each one was shining the light burning in their hearts.

No one shines the light of another. It is the Holy Spirit in them who reveals to them Christ, and that is the light they shine. So, each one of them is a messenger of light. The fact that you preached to me and I got saved does not mean that I will be shining your light. No! As I get saved, I go forward until I receive the Holy Spirit, then he reveals his son in me and my lamp catches the fire and burns shining all around.

Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning...Luk 12:35  Every saints is a light that shines all around him where he lives and works. That light is part of the message of that hour, and by the same message, he makes a day. That light is the revelation of Jesus Christ appearing to the world through them. Therefore, they are his messengers; messengers of light.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 2Cor 4:6-7

You see, the light that shines in the face of Jesus is likened to the light which God spoke and it sprung out making the first day. So, as natural light makes a natural day on earth, spiritual light makes a spiritual day on earth. And Jesus is that light. And shares his glory with the saints, so that the same light shines through them.

So, when the day of the Lord has come, the fullness of Christ's light from his face is given to the saints of that hour, and from them then Christ is revealed in fullness. The light in the face of Jesus is the revelation of the Word of God, for he is the Word of God! And therefore, at his coming, he brings that full light upon the earth. He shines the full light upon the earth, and that is his full revelation. And the saints upon the earth then receives it and shines with him. The same light from his face is the revelation of his coming. Remember, he is the Word, and his revelation means the revelation of the fullness of the Word. That is the true light that makes the day of the Lord.

THE DAY OF THE LORD

Galatians 3: 22-29

22But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Now God by Grace has revealed to us deep things concerning the Mystery of Christ and various other Mysteries, which concern our Salvation: we have some of the central Parts of the Mystery dealing with the Translation of the Saints. Translation is the same as transfigure, to be transfigured; for example, when He went to Mount Transfiguration. That is found in Matthew 17:1-8:

1And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, 2And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. 4Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 5While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. 6And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. 7And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid. 8And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.

He was transifigured, and the transfiguration was that His Face shined like the sun and His Raiment was white as light.

One time God said, “Let there be Light and there was Light.” Then the Bible says that Jesus is the Light of the world; and when He was transfigured, He was Light: His Face was like the sun giving out Light. Therefore the conclusion about Him is that He is the Light. His Clothing is all Light, and when He looks at you, His Face is Light. Everything about Him is Light. All of His Body is Light within and without.

Now the Lord’s Transfiguration is a type of the Translation that we are waiting for at the end time, because the Bible says that we should be transfigured into that particular Image, and that is by the Word. Why was He transfigured so easily like that? He was the Word. In Him was the Word, and that Word does only the Will of God. He can simply quicken that Word and produce what He wants by It. For us also to be transfigured like Him, we have to receive that same Word that transfigures. A seed, when it falls in the ground, will arise. As it is quickened by water, it begins to fashion itself into a tree. This tree is the very seed reproduced in another form; the tree is the body of the seed; the seed dresses up in the tree.

In the same manner, the Saints, when they are transfigured, shall dress themselves up in the kind of Body that comes by the Seed of the Word. These sinful bodies are the contrary (or perverse) transfiguration of sin. That perverse transfiguration brought us into this kind of evil image that we are bearing now. Why? Because the seed was contrary: it was of corruption, being the product of science and the knowledge of sin. Then you wouldn’t expect any better body out of that, seeing it is of sin. It proceeds from the knowledge of sin. A corrupt seed brings forth a corrupt body. Thus, man and the whole creation are dressed in corruption. The reason is that the seed from which they proceed forth is corruption. But, as we have been planted in this corruption, the Bible says that we shall also inherit incorruption. One time we are sown in corruption, but we shall be reaped in incorruption. This mortality will put on immortality; now that doesn’t mean the same as putting on your clothing.

1 Corinthians 15:35-55.

35But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? 36Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: 37And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: 38But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. 39All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. 40There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 48As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. 50Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

Here He says that this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and this mortal shall put on immortality. Now putting on as it is used here doesn’t mean the same thing as putting on a garment; we are not waiting to put on in that manner. Rather, this putting on is when this is transfigured into another one: when the mortal is transfigured into immortality, and when corruption is transfigured into incorruption. Then there is no more corruption. That which cannot corrupt is that which cannot be sinful; it is that which cannot decay, rot, or die. Then that which is immortal cannot be subject to pain, diseases or death; neither is it subject to the problems that beset man. Therefore, when corruption would have put on incorruption this body would have been transfigured.

Corruption is sin, sickness, and death; and corruption is the rotting away; it is the seed that brought forth these bodies that we are in. That seed was contrary to God’s Word and Will. It was contrary to Perfection. That is why it brought forth sin and corruption. That is why we end up being mortals, with these corrupt bodies.

But the Second Man was from Above, Heavenly; He was made of the Quickening Spirit. There is a natural body and a Spiritual Body. First, we have been raised up in this world bearing a natural body. Nevertheless, there is a Spiritual Body in Heaven, waiting for whoever has received Salvation through God’s Word. For He says that as many as are baptised into Christ have put on Christ.

Now, to put on Christ does not mean putting Him on over your own natural corrupt being. Rather, it means that all you have are transfigured into Christ so that you are Christ-like. You are being transfigured from within, though you may for a time be subject to the flesh in which you now dwell. But in you there is a Seed, an earnest Seed that already tells of Transfiguration. It is waiting for the fulfilment of that Scripture, for that Seed is from Heaven, and It is the One that bears that Image of Christ. The fact that you already have that Seed means that you have already obtained what you need to be translated.

That is why the Word says conclusively that you have put on Christ. You are transfigured. From within you have a Seed that, when quickened, brings a New Body and the old is gone. That is the Mystery of Translation. We must have a Seed; that Seed is what bears the Body. The Water of Life quickens It. When the Quickening Power comes upon the Seed that is sown, then It is quickened into a Body, according to the Seed.

Corruption comes on because of a corruptible seed; that is why the whole thing goes back to sowing, back to marriage and back to the kind of seed sown. The Spoken Word was the Original Seed, but something messed It up; corruption came in. Why? There was corruption of the Seed, which brought forth these bodies that are fleshly, carnal, and therefore corruptible. We have walked in this corruption, being made subject to it because of sin: what was done in the beginning. The Bible says that the law was added because of transgression.

Now, whoever added to the Word and subtracted from It caused the corruption. God had commanded that every seed was to bring forth of its kind. However, we find that there was corruption, a kind of hybridisation, mixing. Corruption means ‘mixing.’ Now, that mixing of one kind with another, which hybridised the Seed, brought forth the images of the bodies that are corruptible. That is why sin dwells in our members. It is because of that corrupting of the seed. We were supposed to come up in Perfection by the Quickening Power of God upon a genuine Seed. However, the devil came in and interfered with the Seed. He interfered with the Kingdom, which had been set upon God’s Word in Principle. He sneaked in and replaced God’s Word with his own things. That is why the whole kingdom crumbled. That is where the Angels and everything else fell from: the Word was messed up through additions and subtractions. That is what brought forth bodies that are subject to sin and death. The Seed was corrupted. The kind of seed brings forth the kind of body and cloths the very life with that particular body. Life is in the seed, and when the seed is quickened, it brings forth a body. The body dresses the life, so life is tabernacled in that particular body.

We find that our tabernacles here on earth are corruption; everything in them is corrupted. Sin dwells in there. Where did this sin come from? Whoever added to and subtracted from God’s Word is responsible for corrupting that Seed, which could have brought forth Perfection. It never brought forth of Its Kind because It was hybridised. If you take God’s Word and hybridise It with human imaginations you bring forth corruption. The seed is corrupted. That is why we have corruption now as our wear.

All these corruptible bodies came by sin; sin was unbelief in God’s Word. Exchanging a lie for God’s Word is the very origin of sin. There is where corruptible bodies came from. But, we are waiting for Translation.

How will this Translation come? It depends on the Seed. The sowing of the Seed must take place so that we can expect something out of the Ground. That is why the Spoken Word as the Original Seed has come. That is why God has revealed His Word, up to His very Name. He is bringing the Seed that will bear the Perfect Bodies, which will be in His Own Image. He has brought us a Seed that can bear incorruptible Bodies and bring forth Immortalities.

Therefore, we must receive this Seed first before we are transfigured, because a body comes from a seed. You have to sow a seed to bring forth a body, which is to house life. So we ourselves must be sown with Seed if we expect to be transfigured and be brought into the Image of Incorruption and Immortality; we must receive Seed that can amount to that. That Seed is called the Word of God, and that is Jesus Himself.

That is why the Bible says we shall be like Him. He is the Seed of Life. We read in Genesis 3 that the Seed of the Woman shall bruise the serpent’s head. He is that Seed of the Woman that comes to bruise the serpent’s head, to take away corruption, destroying he who is the author of corruption, which he introduced through his lies of adding to and subtracting from the Word. Then Jesus came to destroy the works of darkness by taking on the body of flesh in order to destroy the very flesh.

Now this flesh is a covering; it is clothing of mortal life. It is a dark veil, which covers somebody and blinds him from ever seeing, knowing, or coming to God. This kind of a veil hinders somebody from coming into the Presence of God. It is written in 1 Corinthians 15, “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.” Nicodemus was told, “Ye must be born again for you to see the Kingdom of God.” Just to see it alone, one must be born again. That means these bodies in which we are born are darkened; they are a dark veil, which you can never look through and see God. The body is the very thing that darkens the mind of man; the very blood and flesh in which he is dressed is what darkens his eyes and closes his ears, so that he can never see God nor understand the Mystery of Godliness.

It shows that a body plays a very important role, as far a Christian is concerned. We serve God in a body; the body should be a Temple of the Lord. But our earthly sinful, corruptible bodies can never conduct us towards the Worship of God. We cannot worship God perfectly in bodies of this kind because when you would that you should worship in the right way, you find yourself doing wrong. When you would that you should stand in the Truth you find yourself standing in error. When you would that you should stand in the strait narrow Path, you find yourself walking in the broad way. This body of flesh makes one unclean; it makes him blind that he should not see God; it makes him deaf, never to hear God’s Word; it makes his heart darkened never to receive the Truth.

So we can see that the body of flesh is what veils a man’s mind away from God. It is responsible for all the unbelief, doubting, imaginations, and wanderings. We stand many times in jeopardy, fear and trouble, looking this way and that way, burdened and caring for this and that: caring too much for nothing, doubting so much for nothing, without spiritual understanding, without eyes to see the Mystery of Godliness, Christ in Revelation. It is just because of the flesh. We can’t see the plain Truth. We can’t believe and stand strong, just because of the flesh. The flesh makes us weak, so that many times we are dragging behind. This flesh is what maims a man completely and makes rot out of him, some kind of a worm. The body of flesh is responsible. The body of flesh, which He is dressed with, is what manifests outwardly the kind of seed he was sown with. That seed is what bore and brought him forth in this kind of stature. His mind came from that seed; his spirit came from the seed, and his fleshly body came from it. As he is fleshly outside, full of rot, so he is in his mind, imagination, and affection. All go together. That is why they must be crucified in order for him to escape from them to find a way of Salvation that he may receive New Seed. That is why the Word (the Gospel) is preached. When you receive the Gospel, It is a New Seed; you are being sown with a New Seed that should bring forth a new Body for you. The old one is crucified on the cross, it is dead; you must confess that your body is dead; you must accept that.

This body came from the law of sin, which was added to the Word by the devil; it proceeded from the knowledge of darkness. The law that was added brought you forth in the fashion of sinful man, which is a source of corruption that brings forth natural sinful bodies of flesh with all kind of problems in them: enmity, hatred, envy, variance and so forth. But there is going to be Transfiguration by the Spoken Word, which is the Original Seed.

So we must accept to be sown with God’s Word for Transfiguration. We must accept to be sown with the Seed of Life, the Seed of Perfection: God’s originally Spoken Word, which He spoke Himself. That Word is what is called the Light. The Bible says, “They shall walk with Me in White.” His Raiment was transfigured and became as white as Light. And God said, “Let there be Light,” and there was Light. And He separated Light from darkness and called the Light Day; that is the Day of the Lord, for which we are waiting.

We are waiting for the Day of the Lord to come; we desire the Day of the Lord, don’t we? What is the Day of the Lord? That is the same one that He called Light; Light was separated from darkness and was called “Day.” And we are waiting for the Day of the Lord.

Siku hii ambamo tunaishi ni siku ya ibilisi; ni siku ya kushughulika. Sheria ndiyo inaleta kushughulika: hiyo kununua na kuuza katika shughuli za kawaida; watu wana shughulika duniani ili wakule (This day that we are now living in is the day of the devil, the day of labouring under the law. The law brings labouring, this buying and selling. People have to labour before they eat). Hiyo siku [ya ibilisi] ndio inayaitwa siku; hilo neno ‘siku’ linatoka kwa neno shughuli; wanashughulika katika siku zao.

But the Day of the Lord is not equivalent to siku ya Bwana in Kiswahili. There is nothing like that. The Day of the Lord is Light; It is that which He called Light. Kiswahili has no exact word equivalent for the English day. The Day of the Lord, the same is Light; that Light is the Watch of the Lord. That Day is the Beginning. He says, “In the Beginning was the Word.” He is the Beginning. That is the Day of the Lord is the Beginning. So that Day is the One that is Light; It puts on Light, and is the very Light. He is that Day. “The Day of the Lord cometh like a thief in the night,” so says the Scripture. But who really comes like a thief in the night? Is that not the Lord Himself? So that Day shall not be known; no man knows that Day; no Angel knows that Day.

What is this Day that no man knows? It is neither Saturday nor Sunday. It is not a certain day in a week, month or year. He does not mean that. That day knoweth no man. It is not Monday, Tuesday or one of the other days of the week. It is not one of the seven days of the week; neither is it one of the thirty days of a month, nor one of the three hundred and sixty days of the year. It is beyond time.

This present time is the ‘day’ of the darkness. But that which is coming is the Day of the Light, and is coming like a thief in the night. That Day no man knows. What is that day? This is the One of which He said “Let there be Light.” That is the Day that we are waiting for. It is the Day of the Lord’s Kingdom. It is a secret Day, completely sealed, until even the Angels don’t know anything about. No man knows that Day. Only the Father knows It, because that is what He separated from darkness, called It Light and sealed It. It is coming. How? It is going to be there when the day of man (or the day of evil) is done away. When the day of evil is ended, then we shall begin the Day of Righteousness, and the Day of Righteousness is that same One Who is Righteous.

So when we say the Day of the Lord is coming, we don’t really mean some ordinary earthly day on earth. That Day is the Light that He separated from darkness. He called Light Day, and the darkness he called night. That Light is the Day of the Lord. We are waiting for that Day of the Lord, which is Light. Here on earth we have no Light. This that we see is scientific light. It is not really light; it is darkness. This cannot give life; it cannot germitise nor quicken. It cannot show the Truth. There is no Truth in it. It is darkness still.

But there is a true Day; that is a shining Day, a bright Day, as we always sing and say “A bright and cloudless Day coming.” That is the Day of the Lord, which is Light, and that Day is the Lord Himself. He is the One coming; He is the Day that is coming. This ‘day’ of darkness (which is actually night) is going to cease.

On earth now it is darkness; men are in darkness, they are not in the Day. They of the Day don’t sleep. In this world we have natural sleeping, spiritual sleeping, dying, and so forth. Therefore, this present world is in darkness; they are drunk, they are un-sober; they don’t know where they are walking. Why? Because they are in darkness. But He says, “Ye who are of the Day should not sleep.”

So how do you become of the Day? If you are born in the Light. To be of the Day means that you are born of Christ. Christ is that Day. Amen! Jesus is that Day of Light. Satan is the night of all darkness. His very form is darkness; his raiment is darkness; his eyes are darkness; his ears are of darkness, everything. We, too, are formed in darkness, just because the Seed was crossbred.

But then there is the Day of the Lord coming. That Day is full of Light. The Bible even says of that Day thus, “The Light of one Day shall be like the Light of seven days and the moon shall be like the sun,” which is the Light of the whole day. Therefore, that Day shall be sevenfold Light, and that will be True Light. True Light is coming. This is that Light of which God said, “Let there be Light,” and there was Light. And God called Light “Day,” entaayi: Esiku entaayi, Buwanga butayi – Butaayia; yaani yenye inadai; that is a Redeemer. The Day of Redemption is coming. We have a Day called the Day of Redemption: Entaayi, Etaya. Khutaayia is Redemption. The Day of Redemption is Entaayi. Entaayi kheicha, Entaayi ye Buwanga. So the Day of Light is the Day of Redemption that is coming. This Day is coming. The One Who is coming by the same Day is the Redeemer, He Who is Light – He is the One Who is coming. That Day of Redemption is the Day of Light. Amen! The first day is called esiku entaayi; entaayi, etaayia, a dayentaayi.

So that first Day, which is called Light, is the Day of Redemption. When we say the Day of Redemption is coming, oh, that is the Day of the Lord. And It is called Light; Light became the Day. He separated Light from darkness; then He called the Light Day, and that is the Day of the Lord that we are waiting for. That is the Day that we keep singing of, saying, “The Day of the Lord cometh; there is Light in the Lord, serene, cloudless.” That is the Day of the Lord. Cloudless means there are no clouds, no shadow, no mist, no blackness; It is clear and serene. In other words It shall have bright shining Light, not like the light of this earth, not like sunshine; oh no! That is darkness still. True Light is coming, coming to shine upon everything else. And when It shines upon us we shall be transformed to put on incorruption: from corruption to Incorruption, from mortality to Immortality, from death into Life. Amen.

That Day will dress us in His White Garments, for the Day Itself is White, for It is called Light. Amen! Not just like the one you have on this earth here of twenty four hours, Monday or something. There is no Day here. It is all darkness still; it is a scientific rotation of the earth. Day is all Light; there is no morning, there is no evening, there is no 12 o’clock. You have no need of the watch because the whole Day is bright and clear and there is no change of anything. It is coming, a Day of the Lord. What is that Day? In the Beginning God created the heaven and the earth, and darkness covered the face of the deep. And God said, “Let there be Light,” and there was Light. And God separated Light from darkness, and He called Light Day. That is the Day of the Lord, which He sealed, and no man knows It; that Day and Hour knoweth no man, not even the Angels of Heaven, but God only. It won’t be Saturday or Sunday; it won’t be Monday or Tuesday. It won’t be the year 2000, or which month of the year. Nothing. It is the Day of the Lord.

The Day of the Lord cannot be Saturday or Sunday. The Day of the Lord is the Day of Rest. It is a Seventh Day of Rest, which is neither Saturday, Sunday nor any other day of the week. What they had in the wilderness was only a shadow. But there is a true Seventh Day, which is the Day of the Lord, coming. It is another Day altogether. We have been in an evil day, the god of this evil, this evil age. But we have another Day coming, a New Day: bright and cloudless Day. Amen!

Kuta pambasuka na tutakuwa na siku ingine. Yaani tuko katika usiku; tukisema ‘usiku’ na ‘siku,’ yote ni sawa. “Hii ni siku gani? ni sawa na “Huu ni usiku gani?” Siku au usiku wa kushughulika (There will be another Daybreak. Right now we are in night. Night and darkness, all mean the same: The evil day of labouring.)

So we have no day here now. We have the night, siku, yes, not a Day. A Day is Taya: Omutayi. Oloma oli Entaayi, nono Entayi. That is the First One, and that is the bright and cloudless Day. The same one is a Redeemer. Entaayi entayi. He comes to redeem. That Day is the Day of Redemption. Says, “The Day of Redemption is coming.” The Holy Spirit seals us until the Day of Redemption. That is a special Day. Sio siku; haiwesi kuwa siku gani, haiwesi kuwa usiku kama siku. All this is darkness. Man has lived in spiritual darkness all along. The true Light set the moment he accepted lies. He took on the lies of darkness, and the Light set until this day. But then, it is about Sunrise, when the Morning shall break bright and clear. That is another Day. It won’t break like this sun. Another Light will shine. That will be the True Light that will rise from the East; It will lighten everything. That will happen when the Seventh Seal opens. Amen!

When the Seventh Seal is ripped open like that and the veil is taken away, then the bright shining Light shall come out and begin to shine, bringing the Day of the Lord, which no man knows, not even the Angels of God; even the Son Himself doesn’t know that Day; the Father alone knows the Day, for He sealed It. It is the Day of Rest, the One that is hallowed.

He hallowed that Day, sealed and sanctified It, because in It God rested. Amen! That is the Day of Rest, a real serene Day. Amen! It is Milele Day: Esiku ye Kimilengala: soberness. Amen! That Day of Kimilengala is coming – standing upright, bright and clear, just shadowless. There is no wind blowing, no storm anywhere, nothing shaking, just Kimilengala: kialengalile busa. Amen! Milengala means soberness: alimilengala. Amen! They who are drunk are drunk at night, but the Children of the Day are not drunk: bali milengala busa.. Esiku ye Kimilengala yosi elengala; be musiku ye Kimilengala balengala: that means they are all sober; soberness is to be out of sleep, and that is like being out of darkness. The spirit of this world is like drunkenness: it is an intoxicating spirit: it makes somebody drunk with all imaginations, reasons, affections, all feelings and dirty things. He is drunk; drunkenness is the same as sleep, and sleep is death.

So this earthly day is not milengala. It is all storms, shadows, winds blowing, tempest and everything else; it is the day of storms, dark clouds gathering everywhere over everything; that is the day we are living in now. But it is not a Day; it is not Kimilengala. Amen! Halleluiah! When you are in that Day, you cannot sleep. “Watch and pray.” If you are born of that Day, then He commands you to watch and pray; be ye sober, don’t be drunk like them of the world. Don’t be overcharged with surfeiting, drunkenness and the cares of this world until that Day comes to you unawares. Be sober. Pray, watch, that the Day may not come upon you as a thief in the night, because it shall come like that upon those who are in the night. It will come upon them suddenly. They will only realise when It is already upon them.

But ye are of the Day, which is the Light. This is the Light that God spoke, saying, “Let there be Light.” And God’s Word is Light: He is the Light of the world. Jesus is the Light of the world. In Him was Light, and the Light was the Life of men. Ule Mwangaza ulikuwa Nuru ya wanadamu (the Light of men). In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men. This means in Him was Light shinning; this Light is the Understanding, the Foreknowledge of men: Limenya lie Babantu; Limanya lie Babantu. The Light is Life of men. Nuru hii ni Uzima wa wanadamu. Then look at it carefully; He says, “Limanya; Limenya Limanya nilio.

So His Light is Limanya lie Babantu. Limanya is the Foreknowledge. This Light is the Foreknowledge of men. He says, “Those whom He foreknew He also called, and whoever He called, He also transformed to be conformed into the Image of His Son.” So this Light is the Life of men: Limenya lie babantu. In Him was the Foreknowledge of men: the Children of God were foreknown in Him. That Light is Foreknowledge. God’s Foreknowledge was written in Him. That is the Book, which was written: It is called Light. Kile Kitabu kinaitwa Mwangaza, na Majina yameandikwa kwa ule Mwangaza; hayo Majina ni Kujua kimbele tangu awali – Foreknowledge: Limenya. To know Him is life and that Life is Limenya. Khumanya means Khumenya. Amen! To know Him is Life. So in Him is the Light of men. Limanya: the Foreknowledge of men. That written Book of Life is Light of Life, Book of Life, Ndani Mwake kuna Nuru, na Nuru yenyewe ni Uzima. (In Him is Light, and the Light is Life.) Therefore, the Life in Him is Light. The very Light is the Life of men; this Life is the Foreknowledge. God’s Foreknowledge was written in the Book of Life. Life is the Light of men; It shines in the hearts of men. It is a Book of Life; that Day is a Book of Life. That is why He says the Day of Redemption must come when the Book of Redemption is revealed. Amen! The Day of Redemption comes to reveal the Book of Redemption. In the Book of Redemption Names are written and these Names are the Foreknowledge of God: Limanya lia Wele. Amen! Limenya lia Wele lie Babantu. Kabamanya ekhuranga. Amen! Khubamanya mubumanyi: bubwene nibwo Bumenya: Bumenyo Bwene. (Foreknowledge is Life.)

Therefore, He foreknew them in the Book of Life; He wrote their Names in the Book of Life, the same Book of Life in Him was Light and the Light was the Life of men. The Book of Life is in Him, and He is the Book of Light, which is the Book of Life. The Names of Life are written in that Book, and that Book is the Day of the Lord. It is a Sealed Day; the same Day is the Book that shall be opened: the Book of Redemption. There are Names that were written in that Book. Those Names are Light: they are written in Light. Amen and Amen! That Light is the Holy Spirit. Paul says, “Ye are written epistles read of all men.” Written not by ink, but by the Holy Spirit, which is the Light of Life in thee.

Now we are waiting for the Day of the Lord, and this Day is not siku in Kiswahili. Siku is darkness; siku ya kushughulika na dhambi. It is the darkness of labouring with all burdens of sin. “Come unto Me all ye who labour and are heavy ladened with all mizigo ya kule kushughika na vyovyote hapa duniani, and I will give you Rest.” The Day of Rest has come, the Day that will refresh your soul. So He says, “I will give you Rest,” that you may move from the night of labouring and enter into the Day of the Lord. It is a Day, a Day of reclaiming, redeeming: Entaayi, the first one. Amen! “I Am the First and the Last.” Ese Omutaayi lunti Omumalilisi. Omutaayi means a Redeemer. When He says that “I am the First and I Am the Last” He means Omutaayi Ntaaya. Ese nise Otaaya; Yeye ndiye Anadai, ndiye wa kudai. That means to Redeem, to reclaim. He is the One Who redeems out of darkness: Omutaayi we Ntaayi. Amen! Therefore, that is the Day of the Lord, Entaayi. The Day of Redemption has come, the Year Acceptable. That is the Year of the Lord. The Day of the Lord is the Year of the Lord, which is the Time Acceptable: Siku ya Bwana iliyokubalika; Entaalo Efukililwe. Efukililwa eriena? Eyeyo Entaayi: Entaalo Entaayi Efukililwe.

It is the Acceptable Day of Redemption. How is it acceptable? It is received. How? It is the Day of the Lord, which He has set aside for Redemption of those whom He has loved. He has set that Day aside that He should show Mercy unto Redemption and reveal the Fullness in that Day of His Mercy and His Grace. He has chosen that Day. How could you choose a day such as Sunday or Monday? “The Lord has chosen the day called Monday,” nothing! That Day shall never be reckoned in a week: It is not a day in a week, a month or year: all those are part of the night. But that is an Acceptable Day, just like what the Bible says concerning the high priests going in to make atonement for the children of Israel. The day that the high priest went inside was an acceptable day when they are accepted in. And when he has the blood of bulls and goats and whatever then he is accepted. Na anapokubalika kuingia, wote wenye wamemukubali wameamini kwamba pia wamekubalika. (And when He is accepted, all they who believe Him trust that they are acceptable.)

Therefore, the Day Acceptable is the Day of Redemption. Yeye amekubalika na chocote ambacho kiko ndani Mwake kimekubalika. (He is accepted, and whatever is in Him is accepted.) The Acceptable Day is the Day of the Lord. And the Day of the Lord is Jesus Christ the Son of the Living God. “This is My only Begotten Son. Hear ye Him.” His Face shined like the sun. Amen. His Raiment was as white as Light. Therefore, that is the Day. He’s the true Day, that Mysterious Day: that sealed Day, which no Angel knows. That is the Day of the Lord. He is an Accepted Day. Jesus Himself is that Acceptable Day.

He is the Day of the LORD, for He Himself is Light, the Light of that Day; that Day is called Light because It was Light. Amen. He was Light called Day, and He is that Light. Therefore, He is that Secret Day of the Lord. No man knows It. Esiku ye Kimilengala. Amen! Ati milele, ati millennium: Milengala. Amen! Yaani “mile;” that means simama kabisa; standing upright, firm standing: “mile” then ngala Amen! ntala: milentala . Mile is milo, which means a place of function, which also means a capstone, isn’t it? Capstone is a place of convergence: Everything meets in the capstone; everything on the house meets in the capstone; it is a milo place. Milengala: milentala, that is millennium, that Day of the lord is coming, a Millennium Day, Milengala Day, Siku ya Milele, Kimilele. Mlele wa Bwana Utapiga. Amen! The Trumpet of the Lord shall sound on the Day of Redemption.

The Day of Redemption has a Trumpet. That Trumpet is the One that announces the Coming of the Lord. The same Trumpet is Milele, Kumulele. Kumulele Okwo is singing a good Song like the One going to the Mount of God with a pipe in a Day of Solemn Assembly. It is singing the Song of the Lamb in a Day which is Milengala kabisa, bright clear, shadowless, windless, standing upright – Mile, Milechezedek. So that when that Day comes, a Mulele Wa Bwana shall sound. Amen! Kumulele Kukhape. Amen. Kumulele kwa Milele Kukhape. The Trumpet of the Lord shall sound and then time shall be no more; the Day, therefore, shall come by that Mulele. The Day of the Lord shall come. Milele Entaalo ye Imilele, when the Trumpet is sounding, clear and bright, clear and loud, then it brings that Day: the Day of Redemption. The Trumpet sounds Jubilee, bringing Jubilee. It is a Sound of Jubilee, Song of Jubilee: shall sound by that Trumpet; and it will be a bright cloudless Day. You will not see the sky, you won’t see the shadow clouds around, and you wouldn’t see the escarpment, dust and ashes. It will be New Country; that Day brings a New Country; it is a Day of Rest, a Place of Rest. Milele is a Promised Land of Rest. It cannot be upon this earth. That is another Country, an Eternal Country.

Katika Milele kuna Mulele huko Amen! Mulele wa Bwana, Unaimba ule Wimbo wa Mwana Kondoo: the Lamb’s Song and the Song of Moses. Ni siku ya Milele. It is an Eternal Day, and that is the Day of the Lord. The Song of the Lamb singing, just soft and serene and clear on that particular Harp, on that particular Mulele, Khupa Kimilele ekieko kia Milele. Amen! It is a bright Day; it is not the world that we live in. That is another World all together. It is another Country, a bright Country, a bright shining clear Country; It is the Promised Land of Rest. That Day brings the Promised Day of Rest. It brings the other Country. That same Day comes full. It doesn’t come upon these shadowy hills, dusty roads and muddy places: that shall never shine here.

That Day is full Day in Itself. It is a Country in Itself. It has It’s Own Atmosphere. It’s Own Creation, It’s Own Things are there and it is the Acceptable Day of the Lord. It is like the Day of Atonement, when the high priest went into the Holy of Holies: on that atonement day, he is accepted. God accepts him to enter, and he, as the high priest, is accepted in the Presence of God.

That is the Acceptable Day. It is called Light, the Light of God. God Himself accepts It because It is the Day of the Lord. It is the Day of the Birth of the Lord. Hallelujah! Amen! “Let there be light” It is the Day of His Birth, “This is My only Begotten Son.” The Day on which He was born is the Day of the Birth of Jesus the Lord. “This is My only Begotten Son.” Amen! Then He says somewhere else, “Thou art My Begotten Son this Day have I begotten Thee.’’ That is that great Day of the Lord; that happy Day is the Day when He was begotten, for He is Light. When the Light was manifested, He was born. He was born as the Light. Since He is the Light, then the Day of His Birth is also Light. Amen. Him and the Day are One. He had to be born first before that Day could be called Day. That is the great Christmas Day. Amen! It is the Day of His Birth. Which Day is that? It is the Day of the Lord. That is the Acceptable Day: The Day of Redemption is the Day on which He was born.

Jesus was born in the Day of Redemption. He is the Redeemer: Omutayi niye yaani; Omutaayi Omutayi, Ataaya. Acha hatayi khutaayia; kesenta atayi acha khutaayia beatayi, bemwatayi. (He is the Redeemer of those who were far away.) He is the Light of mwatayi. Be mwatayi nibo nieacha khutaayia. Amen! Anaenda kuwakomboa. He crosses the River and goes on the other side, the Gentiles are the far away ones, and He is the Light of the far away ones. Amen. He is Light of the Gentiles. Amen! Omutaayi we barente. Amen! “I will preserve You and keep You as Light to the Gentiles.” That Day of Redemption is when the Lord redeems the Gentiles, those who abode in darkness. He illuminates them. Entaayi, Yetaayi, Etaa. Entaayi ya Wele. That is the Day of the Lamp of the Lord. “Seven Lamps burned before the Throne.”

The Day of the Lamp of the Lord is the First Day of the Lord, in which He was born. That is the Hallowed Day. Of this very Hallowed Day He said, “This Day have I begotten Thee.” That is the Day that was hallowed and set aside. The same is acceptable because It is the Day when the Redeemer was born: the Day when the Saviour was begotten. That is the First Day and is the Great Day of the Lord. That is the Day that we are waiting for. The Day Itself is a Secret. It is a Cloudless Day, It is a Resting Day, It is a Silent Day, Milengala, and no shadow; there are no clouds, there is no rain, there are no storms, Amen. Kimilengala kilakho. That is the Day that has been sung about. It has been declared through songs that it is a bright, cloudless, serene, soft, glowing Day. They have sung and sung about It but It remains a sealed Day: that is what the hearts have ever sung about; but It is yet to be revealed: It is called Milengala. Amen! There is no rain or clouds or anything. It is a bright, clear, Milele, Millennium. It is a clear Milengala; Esiku ye Kimilengala. All this cloudy, rainy, thundering that brings gloomy sky and dark and chilly winds of earthly atmosphere of sin and death and arrogance are not there; but all is a bright serene Day, and we are of that Day. How are you of that Day? You accept the Attribute in you: the Light of your Attribute. When you accept It you walk in the Light, live in the Light, confess the Light. Then that means you are a Child of the Light.

If you are a Child of the Light, then a Child of the Light walks in the Light. When that Day shall be revealed, you shall stand there with Him. In His Light you will stand, beaming brightly therein. There is no law there. All will cease; you have put on Christ. “They shall walk in Me in Light.” You have now put on Christ. The original bodies have vanished. In Him all things are One, nothing like differences, tribal differences, Gentile or Jew, male and female shall not be there; all of them are dressed in pure White Garments of His Shining Day. Amen.

That is the Day that we are watching for: let us watch and pray, lest that Day comes upon us unawares. That is the Day that is coming. It is not a day in the month, in the year, in the week: it is Day that is known unto the Lord.

But in the evening time there shall be Light, there shall be a Day known to the Lord, that is the Day of Redemption, neither day nor night, but that is another Day and it shall be it shall be bright and clear even in the evening time. That is the Day we are watching for. Watch and pray. Let not that Day come on you unawares when the Son of Man is revealed, “Whoever is on the house top and whatever.” The Day when the Son of man is revealed, that is the Day of the Lord, Amen!

That Day of Light is being revealed. His Light is being revealed. Now, He is known Who He is. There He stands in His Light, so that He might be known. The Son of man is revealed: that is the Day that is coming, for which we must watch and pray: watching and praying because on this side is night, but Day is coming. So we watch through the night, waiting for the Day to come. He is the Light that is coming; He comes in that Light, the bright shining Morning.

But we are on this side, though born of Light. So we are watching, waiting for the Day to come, because we are born of that Day. He foreknew us in His Light, His Own Light. And because we are born of the same thing, we are watching, waiting for Him to come. He will come on that Day. When that Day comes and the Trumpet sounds then the bright shining Light comes; then we shall see the Day of the Lord. It shall be a different Day from all that we have seen.

Let us therefore watch and pray; let us be sober, waiting for that Day, because it is a sober Day. Amen! That is a sober Day, and all them of that Day are sober in the mind and heart; they walk in soberness. Amen and Amen.

So be It and more so as we wait for that Day to come. Amen
